Child and Spousal Support

In cases of a divorce or separation procedure where parties dispute child custody, the judge ruling will often include a so called child support order. The child support order typically would define the frequency and the amount of child support payment of the noncustodial parent, who will generally make it to the other parent, who is called the custodial parent, for the purpose of support of their minor child.

It’s a good choice to assure the service of an experienced mediator, who work with divorcing or separating parties, who, will work with them to achieve the best solution for the best interests of their child. Both parties must agree on a child support amount.
