How to get a custody

Changing custody from one parent to another parent is a simple thing to do. The court system isn’t going to easily hand children over because you ask them to do so. They are going to make you prove that there is a very serious reason why the child should live with you and not with the otherparent. And, if the other parent hasn’t been doing anything that would harm the physical or emotional well-being of the child, then there is very little chance that a change of custody will occur.
